How scores work
Engagement
The AI marks each clip against four criteria and the score is their total: Hook (0–3, do the first seconds grab attention), Value (0–3, is there a clear payoff or insight), Clarity (0–2, does it make sense on its own) and Emotion (0–2, surprise, humour or a strong opinion). It's an estimate of how well the moment works, not a prediction of views.
Pacing
Measured from the transcript, not guessed: speaking speed (60%, ideal 150–200 words per minute) and time spent in silence (40%), minus a point if nobody speaks in the first 1.5 seconds.
